Extra Curricular Activities in Hokitika.

• There are many fantastic opportunities offered by the Hokitika community. Some are listed below.

• Please note that most of these activities are not run by Hokitika Primary School staff, even if they might be held on HPS grounds.

• Many of the year-round activities don’t begin until the second or third week of Term, especially in Term 1 while everyone is getting organised.

• If you know of an activity you’d like to add to this list, please email us and we can add it.

• Westland District Library runs Code Club, STEAM Club, Book Club and more. See here.

• Many of the groups listed below cater to adults as well - e.g. Twilight Netball, winter basketball, squash, tennis, league… get amongst it! Other interesting adult classes can be found on the WestReap website.
